After 50 minutes and the one person working couldn’t find our reservation, we cancelled our reservation and tried to book a room at the front desk and he was unable to do so as well. There was no one in management to help him so we went to the Holiday Inn next door. We were not the only ones who had a problem either. Train your staff or have a manager be available.

The place is showing wear. Cigarette burns on the sofa and rug in our room, even though it was a nonsmoking room I was told. You also heard highway traffic noise all night on the 5th floor.

Partition cut off window so it was like sitting a cave to watch tv. Would not recomnend

Great staff and clean hotel. The rooms are a little dated and no plugins near the bed. I would stay there again.

We typically choose to stay here when in Lex because of our 2 dogs and the larger rooms. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The carpet had many stains, and there were items left in the fridge that were not ours. The hotel also has a standard check out of 12, yet housekeeping knocked on our door multiple times in the morning, even with the "do not disturb" sign and the obvious barking of our dogs. It was so disturbing that we eventually just got up and left early. Very disappointed and will likely no longer choose this hotel in the future.
