Wi-Fi was not working, and the guy worked in the front desk. Didn’t seem to really care and said that there’s not anything you can do about it. If he really wanted, he could give me a phone number. I could call… In the morning when I went to get up and get going to start my travel day, I discovered they only put decaf coffee Pods in our room, and despite the room being for two adult and having 4 cups, there was only one cream and sugar. The room was fine, spacious, big, a little oddly laid out… But it was the real lack of service that brought my rating down to a three star.

The room was clean, I usually always stay there. On my way to visit family in South Carolina, staff has always been friendly, earlier this year, in July, my son left his iPad, there, the staff called and we picked it up on our way back through.

Good hotel, location is good, not noisy even though it’s close to the highway. Cracker Barrel, McDonald’s, Subway, and a gas station all within walking distance. Jason and Tara at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows were comfy. Bathroom is twice the size of normal hotels, rooms are also bigger. Pool was too cool for me but husband and daughter liked it. Breakfast was ok. Bagels, muffins, danishes, bread for toast, oatmeal, mixed fresh fruit (watermelon was not good), yogurt with toppings, waffle makers; waffle mix was pumpkin flavored, I did not care for that, biscuits, gravy, sausage, and eggs, eggs were off. The scrambled had yellow water in it probably not cooked thoroughly, and the fried ones tasted watery.
