The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The room was kind of small for my parents, who both use a walker. The beds were much too high. We had to ask for a footstool just so they could get into the bed. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. We asked for a room on the ground floor and that was not a problem.

Overall, it was very dirty. There was black mold in the shower, cigarette holes in the bedding, grime, and the carpets were very stained and smelled bad. We could not get clean towels. Because “there weren’t any.” The pool was non-functioning with slime. The ice machine was broken. The washing machine and dryer were clearly broken as there was broken fitness equipment on top of them, and they were taped off. The day staff spent a lot of their day in the front of the building vaping. Really bizarre. Although, the evening and night staff were so incredibly kind and welcoming. All in all, would not recommend staying.

Did online checkin so when I got to hotel lady at desk just had to print papers and we were good to go! We had king size room, comfortable! Breakfast was delicious!!!

When we arrived we were shocked at the condition of the building compared to the reviews that we read online. When approaching the front desk a family was getting moved to another room because the one they were checked into had not been cleaned. Our desk clerk was very nice and quick to get us into a room. The room had an offensive odor. The dresser drawer was filthy. Roach bait could be seen around the headboard. There were handprints all over everything. We were impressed with the front desk clerk, but not Wyndham, the can do better. We will never trust another review. Theres a difference between "needs updated" and "filthy".

Best Days Inn

Absolutely the besr Days Inn we have stayed at. Check in associate Arthur was awesome. The morning staff was super friendly. Very pleasing experience.

The staff was great! The hotel is older and needs some updates. Couldn't use the weight or laundry room, pool was closed for repairs. Rooms Could use a deep clean, but beds were comfortable and breakfast was good!
