The room was great, the restaurant was excellent I loved the crab cakes and crab chowder. Would definitely recommend 10/10

Chris at the front desk was phenomenal! From his warm hospitality to his knowledge in everything! I enjoyed his presence!

Check in was bad and no info given on the hotel, as a Marriott Bonvoy gold they give you one water bottle(after asking for it) , entered my room and the toilet would not flush, room had a “not clean” smell in it and they don’t refresh the room after being out of it all day. By far the worst Westin I have have ever been too.
游泳池不开 第一天晚上只出热水换了房间 什么都要问才能拿到连浴衣都不配
房间一般,没有服务。机场酒店有机场往返巴士还方便的。巴尔的摩机场区域其实总体来说不安全,最好别住机场附近
非常干净。
员工乐于助人。
房间很棒。
非常适合商务出差入住。
还不错,比较干净卫生
机场接送服务快捷方便。厕所有点问题,但维修人员15分钟就修好了。餐厅食物不错。
