Even though a confirmation email was received the morning of the booking the hotel was closed. No refund was given as the hotel said it needed to be done through the provider and that the provider was informed.
No communication was received from Wotif to that effect.

Very clean, good mattress. The breakfast was sub-par, even for a budge hotel. Coffee, milk, 2 types of cereal, and a waffle maker, and that’s it. No fruit or yogurt.

The staff were friendly. It was a very quiet hotel very clean smell. The rooms are clean. The towels were clean no stains.

I woke up in the middle of the night with what sounded like someone jiggling our door handles. I finally figured out it was the person in the room above us walking around, shaking the walls etc. There were the sounds of loud rushes of water. The breakfast was coffee and a waffle maker. That was it.

The room was clean and spacious. The tub was quite slippery when taking a shower and the shower head was really low. It was hot with plenty of pressure. The mattress was a bit worn but I was able to find a sweet spot for sleeping. My biggest problem with the room was how dry it was. I tried to circulate air but the fan only worked for a short time, off and on.
