They were demanding that we pay an extra amount due to a small spot on the bedsheet. However, according to hotel policy, they are supposed to change and clean the bedsheets regularly. I couldn’t find any mention anywhere that guests are required to pay if a bedsheet gets dirty.

staff were excellent. i lost my purse there and i didn't even know that. one housekeeper of that hotel called me from my id card and returned me the purse.

We were on a family trip to Manali and this place was our 1st stop and was the worst experience here. The front desk guy name Jitender was so arrogant and rude to talk to but we were tired of driving so we decided to stay where we made this mistake. First of all air conditioning was not working and they were constantly saying it’s under maintenance. Then there was no power back up here and we woke up at 3 in the morning and there was no one at the desk to listen. There were bugs in the room and the guy came in with HIT to clear them off which left the room with foul smell. Our one room was on triple occupancy and we asked for additional tea bag and they said it is no included. Roof tiles and wall tiles in bathroom were broken and one could actually hear person in the next bathroom. There were no toiletries or tissues or bathing essentials as promised . Awfully spent a night here with no electricity no water

The hotel doesn't even fulfill the basics. They are enjoying the monopoly of being the only big hotel in the town. Negative points 1) dirty room
2) inefficient cooling 3) extremely slow service
4) no amenities 5) indifferent staff attitude positive points
1) located in a shopping complex, so the basic amenities unavailable at the hotel room can be purchased. Overall, not worth visiting again. Bilaspur badly needs a good quality hotel.

Hotel doesn't have staff. Just 2 persons doing job, Vijay during night and vaishali during day. Whole Hotel is being run by these 2. Restaurant is useless, very expensive, without service.

Non professional approach they ask for extra money even for complimentary breakfast they asked for extra charges for omelets in breakfast and only after lot of arguments they relented the room service does not pick phone calls
