The room was full of mold. It was disgusting, smelled awful. I went to the front desk returned my keys and asked for a refund and explained why.
It was immediately reviewed and refunded to me as quickly as possible. The hotel did not dispute the mold issues and lack of cleanliness.

The floor alongside the bed had dirt and a lot of hairs just loose. There was a stain on the bed. Just overall wasn’t clean but had no choice but to stay there

Review:
Upon check-in, our room was not properly cleaned — there were flakes of food in the bed and hair in the shower. The front desk clerk was kind enough to bring new bedding and offered us another room, but since we already had our pajamas on, we chose to stay put.
At checkout, I mentioned the situation to the manager. His response was, “Oh, you checked in with *******.” When I asked if he saw the notes about the sheets, he only replied, “Did she fix the problem?” After I politely said yes, there was no further acknowledgment or apology. I thanked him and left, but it would have been nice customer service if he had offered even a small gesture, like a mug or token of appreciation, for the inconvenience.
The staff tried to help in the moment, but overall, the lack of follow-up left the experience disappointing.

I found staff to be very welcoming and friendly. The check in was prompt and I was given relevant details noting 2 bottles of water in the room which I appreciated. The walls were not very good at blocking noise since I heard doors closing, conversations and even a bit of “romance”. The room and bathroom appeared clean however the floors, no carpet, needed mopping since my socks got dirty walking on them. The elevator was the smallest I’ve seen in a hotel and it was quite dirty. There is a breakfast offered with hot and cold choices plus a nice variety from yogurt and cereals to sausage, bacon, eggs and sausage gravy.
The hotel was very convenient to main highways as well as being a few minutes from downtown. I would stay there again.

Could not check in, as their systems to run cards was down. People with cash could check in. I got ready for my event in the lobby bathroom. Was granted a late check out for 12 noon, only for house keeping to walk in my room at 11:15am while I was completely naked.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. However upon arrival after a long day of travel we immediately had to switch rooms because we found stains all over the mattress that looked like signs of bed bug. The new room was better but still not all that clean and we are still planning to spend our whole first day back home trying to make sure we don’t bring bed bugs into the home
