除了床头柜抽屉里有一些面包屑之外，酒店还算干净。浴室里没有吹风机，我打电话到前台询问，他们说我需要提前申请，第二天才能拿到，但晚上十点我头发还湿漉漉的，这根本没用。我们赶早班飞机，早餐七点才开始供应。他们不像有些酒店那样提供打包早餐。而且，大床房里虽然有电视，但是坏了。总之，这家酒店远不如我住过的其他Homewood Suites酒店。

Staff and location is wonderful. The building itself REALLY needs an update. The carpet was torn in our room. Furniture had lost its luster (sagged and was thread bare). My mothers room, the lights in the bathroom did not work appropriately, curtains didnt close and was thread belare as well

Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. We very much enjoyed the (walkable) dinner recommendation and the nature walk (convenient) along the Arkansas River.

Upon arriving at 5pm, parking was scarce and main entrance was locked. Lady that greeted us was nice but stern. Gave us the option to pay for parking but it was never mentioned that paid parking in the garage there isn’t any elevators to access hotel only stairs. HUGE ADA accessibility issue! Other than that room was okay but nothing special. Probably won't stay here again because of accessibility issues and parking situation.

Stayed while visiting Little Rock for research at the library. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. Good restaurants walkable in the area. Nice breakfast. All day coffee!
