Nice stay
Enjoyed our one night stay. The room was very large and was comfortable. The staff was friendly and did a great job. My husband enjoyed his breakfast.

The hotel was great comfortable clean. But when we got here to check-in *********. Never sent the virtual credit number for our payment. After several phone calls and text with a virtual assistant.Many calls to the hotel.I had to cancel the reservations through hotel. com because the hotel after almost two hours could not check us in because they never received payment from hotel com. The hotel had our reservation.And once we canceled through, you were as able to get our rooms and pay them directly. I have used ********* for years. I've never had so many issues as I had trying to get our room here. Of course, we ended up spending so much time there. We did not get to do our evening meal and sightseeing in memphis.

半夜到的酒店，房间马马虎虎，同事说房间有半瓶喝过的矿泉水；我房间是整瓶的，我还喝了，有点后怕
前台工作人员太棒了，Dee 特别好，他们正在装修早餐区，还帮我安排了早餐。
我的问题是，预订时没有人告诉我无障碍客房和电梯共用一面墙，电梯整天都很吵，非常吵！而且泳池很脏，顶砖周围都是浮渣，水里要么是化学物质，要么是其他物质，水浑浊得看不见脚。
我们到酒店办理入住时，他们已经把我们的房间送人了。他们给了我们另一间房间的钥匙，说是别人的房间，不过以后再说。
我们去了房间，打开门后发现房间里还有另一家人的物品。显然有人住。
我们下楼后，他们不得不把我们安排到没有连在一起的单独房间。这真是太不方便了，尤其是考虑到我们到酒店时已经是晚上8点半了。我们预订了房间，他们却直接把房间送人了，这真是太荒唐了。
既然我们是在孟菲斯，我也不知道为什么我期待着会有好的服务，但还是很不爽。
