It was ok. Pool was closed. Elevators broken. HVAC sounded like it was broken but worked ok. Door closure was broken so the stairway door was slamming against the wall all night keeping us from sleeping. It was the cheapest option so I guess I got what I paid for. But not as advertised.

Staff was wonderful and very kind. The outside of the hotel looks nice, but upon entering it has a funky smell and looks worn. The elevator had just broke 15 minutes before we arrived and the only option was to take the stairs. The room was okay, had a funky smell, and the outside traffic was really loud and you could hear it all. The toilet in the bathroom rocked and leaked, the air conditioner made a loud humming noise when it kicked on.

Pool out of order! , Elevator out of order! Breakfast very low budget and bland. Staff was polite but the hotel charges way more than the experience was worth. Was very disappointed in the stay.

The elevator wasn’t working so we had to lug our luggage up the stairs. There was piles of trash at the end of each hallway that reeked. The refrigerator in our room leaked all over the floor. And the only working ice machine was on the third floor.
Our door to the room did not shut and latch automatically which is a safety issue. The whole place has not been taken care of at all.

Elevator wasn’t working, apparently for a couple days. Hot tub cloudy. Microwave not working. One employee there only, all night. No manager on site. We had a member of our party that could not do the stairs and they still refused to cancel our reservation. Only one ice maker in entire hotel was on third floor.
