It was a lovely stay beside glitter all over our room and the hot tub wasn’t hot it’s was more of a warm tub. The pool wasn’t clean either

酒店回复: I am sorry you did not like the temperature of the water in the hot tub and felt the pool was dirty. In the state of MN we can not exceed 104 for the water temperature. I did notify the housekeeping about the glitter issue.

Our room was so spacious and very comfortable. It was nice to have access to pool, hot tub and sauna. Location was goos too.

Found myself in Minnesota for the weekend this was one of the few hotels that actually have an opening. Despite of the negative reviews I decided to book a room. Coming into the entrance it's pretty nice very light up a great spacious parking area. This front reception staff was really nice. My room was pretty nice and clean and comfortable. Located near a lot of restaurants and very nice area to visit. Their continental breakfast is the normal that you will get everyone else. Regardless of who was attending the front counter everybody was very attentive and accommodating.

It was the perfect location for seeing the length of the North Shore: we could be in Grand Marais in 90 minutes and in Duluth in 25. Perfect weather too.

Excellent
This is my first stay at the hotel and I will definitely go back there again. Check in check out quick, efficient, easy, very clean. I love the automatic entryway doors, sauna, pool, hot tub The lobby is very very nice place to relax in as well It's all first class. It's everything you would want in hotel to relax in and I highly recommend it

I asked to have the bedding changed after two days and they dropped off sheets for me to do it myself

酒店回复: I am not sure what happened here. Our housekeepers will change bedding if asked. We do have a policy that Housekeeping doesn't enter a occupied room. If a guest is in the room we will ask them to leave and then service the room.

Better than expected...with a side of eggs!
We were pleasantly surprised to find this hotel absolutely wonderful. Very clean, very close to shops and dining. The pool and a hot tub were great... And when we were the last ones down to breakfast, they were out of eggs and went out of their way to make us a special order which they certainly didn't have to do. Wonderful customer service... We would definitely stay there again.
