This is my first stay at the hotel and I will definitely go back there again. Check in check out quick, efficient, easy, very clean. I love the automatic entryway doors, sauna, pool, hot tub The lobby is very very nice place to relax in as well It's all first class. It's everything you would want in hotel to relax in and I highly recommend it

酒店回复: I am not sure what happened here. Our housekeepers will change bedding if asked. We do have a policy that Housekeeping doesn't enter a occupied room. If a guest is in the room we will ask them to leave and then service the room.

Better than expected...with a side of eggs!
We were pleasantly surprised to find this hotel absolutely wonderful. Very clean, very close to shops and dining. The pool and a hot tub were great... And when we were the last ones down to breakfast, they were out of eggs and went out of their way to make us a special order which they certainly didn't have to do. Wonderful customer service... We would definitely stay there again.

It was clean and felt safe, however the location is not the greatest. One side of the hotel overlooks the parking lot and gas station and the other side overlooks a cemetery. We had the bright and often loud (motorcycles) parking lot view. The room itself was fine- you could tell it was an old hotel that had been renovated a while back. I liked the rustic, up north decor and room fridge. The AC was really loud and we kept getting phone calls on our room phone overnight- both kept the whole family up intermittently throughout the night.

酒店回复: I'll have maintenance take a look at the Air/Heating Unit in the room to make sure it is not a louder than it should be. The unit will make some noise when running, and I have not had anyone else say anything about the unit in this room. Our phone system requires us to transfer calls to the room. If you ever have this issue again, I'd recommend you ask the desk not to transfer any calls.

Great stay at two harbors
Great breakfasts every morning, both hot and cold items to choose from. Pool, and hot tub was nice had a sauna but we didnt use it. Pool table $1.5 and air hockey $1 games also in pool area to play. Rooms were standard rooms. Hotel was clean and service was friendly when needed.

Room was clean and comfortable for our group. Main downside was no elevator, which was no big deal until my son broke his foot 2 days before our visit. We ended up shortening our stay due to this.

酒店回复: Thanks for your feedback. Several of our room types that are upstairs only state " 2nd floor" in the title. Example: We have a room with 2 queen beds that states : "2 queen beds, 2nd floor, No elevator" to help our guests choose the room that works best for them when booking.

There staff was very accommodating when we needed to check in a little early. It room was cleaned and ready for us. Very friendly staff and the breakfast had several wonderful options!
