Staff was friendly and helped my family and I get 2 rooms next to each other. Quiet night was no issues! Room was clean and bed was comfy.

Breakfast was good, standard hot buffet options. Hotel has definitely seen better days, lots of stains on carpet in hallways and scuffs on walls. Room was clean and quiet on 2nd floor. This is a decent place for families due to being connected to Splash Lagoon but i wouldn't stay here again.

Very good for the price. Staff was excellent!! Everyone I met was kind and extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms (I booked 3) rooms were pretty clean, there were some things like dust on some furniture etc. and a lot of stains on the carpeting, a light bulb out here and there. Somewhat dated but not bad. One room had a slight odor, but nothing we couldn’t handle. The pool was really nice, breakfast was decent. Overall would stay here again.

Would recommend
The cleanliness left a little to be desired. Hair in the tub and shine stains in random places and crying around the trim, but it wouldn't keep me from staying there again. Add if totally still recommend it to anyone.

I didn't like that I had to clean the bathtub was gross with hair and hair on my towel when went to dry off no extra garbage bags or ice bags had to clean out ice bucket and furniture was old decrepitude bed sheet was stained and uncomfortable. Liked the pool and pool area was clean and well maintained Front desk was nice and secured

Breakfast was good enjoyed the waffles and sausage. The beds were great and comfortable with plenty of pillows. Internet came with no password but I had good strength even though I was located in the back of the building. Location was great as it was just off of the interstate and close to several restaurants and stores. The place was clean but did have stains on the carpets.

We had to change rooms 2 times. The first room, room 119, had mold all throughout the bathroom so they moved us to 125. We woke up in the morning to water steadily dripping out of the bathroom ceiling in 2 spots and the floor was covered with a giant puddle. I asked for a different room and the woman at the front desk told me there weren’t any and “the guy above you must not be using his shower curtain. I’ll go up there and make sure he uses it and then you should be good.” I told her we needed a different room as the ceiling looked like it was going to crack open and then all of a sudden she magically found a different room. We found out a few hours later that the same woman at the front desk had checked another family in to room 125 knowing that it had a problem and nothing was fixed. They were down at the front desk complaining of the same thing and we told them how we had the same problem and we weren’t sure why they would knowingly put them in that same room. They were not very happy either. Our son goes to college in Erie so we will be there frequently through the next couple of years and definitely will not be staying here again.
