Have stayed here in the past with no issues, but this was terrible. Bed was hard as concrete and the heating unit annoyingly loud. The lady at the front desk Thanksgiving morning was great. She gave us two king comforters to make pallets on the bed to make it a little more comfortable. Give her 5 stars+ hotel comfort 1 star. Should be called Uncomfortable Inn

Run down hotel but was very clean. The elevator is extremely slow. Breakfast was good, nice variety. Fitness center is about the size of a closet. Whirlpool is very relaxing

The hotel was ok. Carpets need cleaned. Beds were ok. Staff could be friendlier. I stayed with my kids and was told they were too loud right after we checked in and carried our stuff upstairs. It wasn’t even six pm and we were on the fourth floor. If you have kids, stay elsewhere or make sure they put you on the first floor. The elevator seemed overwhelmed with the amount of guests. We took the stairs.

This hotel is just fine. If you look fkr the negativity you will find it. The check in was super efficient and the gentlemen was very kind. Which was so nice at the end of a long day. The pool was fine and was very clean. It could use some minor repairs but overall was perfect. The hot tub was down for maintenance, but that happens! Not a big deal. The room, overall was clean. There was some spots that could have been better but again not an issue. There were plenty of towels, pillows and the beds were clean. The walls are thin but many hotels are. Its sad guests arent more courteous. Breakfast was DELICIOUS. So many options and better food than many. Overall i feel the stay was worth the money and I would stay here again.

Staff was great. Met every need or request. Clean. Cold water and lemonade. Nice business area that met my need. Relaxing guest area at entrance.
We did not eat at the cafe only because we slept in or had breakfast plans.
There was one clerk, I didn’t get her name, she was a young African-American woman who was very friendly, made me laugh whenever I spoke to her, helpful, and reminded me about the afternoon lemonade. She was a welcome face when we would leave or return while she was on shift.

I booked based on previous reviews. The property is due for an update big time. Staff was the best part, everyone was extremely friendly. From check in until check out, they provided amazing service. The room itself though was not all that it could’ve been. We booked a double what I assumed was queen but they were for sure full size beds. The bathroom needed to be updated, plumbing was not that great either. It was dated. Close to shopping and right off the highway.

Walking into the establishment, it smelled very clean and was well put together. My daughter loved the lemonade that was in the shared area.The room was nice and clean and they also have a washer/dryer that I also used after a long weekend in Missouri! The hot tub was AMAZINGGGGG. The staff were nice and helpful and it was 10/10. Not too many hotels have a great review on everything. May not be the most popular brand hotel, but definitely worth the stay!! Will be back! We originally stayed in Branson at thousand hills hotel and I couldn’t take the run down hotel and the hotel lack of cleanliness. BUT THIS HERE👏👏👏👏👏👏💕💕💕💕💕💕 yeah spend your $$$ and it’s not expensive at all! Close to a lot of restaurants/shopping centers!
