At 10:40 I came out of bathroom to put clothes on and there was a worker at my window cleaning it, or doing some type of work.
Wait until person is checked out to work or clean windows.

We were charged a $200 fee for smoking in the room and NO ONE smokes! Not even vapes. I ask to see proof and they did not even give me the reason they thought that. Then of course was rude about it. I'm spreading the word. Won't go back. Total was over $400 dollars for one night in a crappy hotel, the AC would'nt get cool, the fan in the bathroom did'nt work and heated the room up even more when everyone had showers, and the fridge did'nt work. The continental breakfast consisted of cereal.

$100 incidental fee and it’s not even a luxurious hotel, this roach Motel want to try to charge you $100 for incidentals. I can understand that coming from a 4 or a 5 star hotel not this hotel.. soon as you pull up the propeller on the front is smashed to pieces and it doesn’t even look like any construction being done to get it fixed. What if it falls on someone walking under it.. on top of that, it smelled really bad like bad mold like there’s probably hidden mold up in the vents.. worst place to stay at.. take my bike run to the next hotel. Do not stay here. The hotel does not look anything like the website pictures at all

They’re only about stuffing their wallets. They don’t care about anything else. $150 incidental fee is kind of ridiculous and they were stains on the comforter.

Bathroom had black dirt or mold on the floor around the toilet. Room spelled musty. Bathroom supplies had been opened and used.

Upon initial check-in the lady at the front desk was very nice. Check-in/check-out was easy. However once we got to the room it was so hot in there from where the AC had been turned off for I don't know how long. It took forever for the room to cool down to a somewhat comfortable temperature and even then the room still felt muggy and not cool enough even with the AC being set all the way down. The hallway to our room and our bathroom smelled of mildew/funk. Something was definitely cooking in the carpet bc it had my asthma flared up, causing me to cough all night. Anytime we would come/go, the staff would question our room number and how many guests we had (it was just me & my daughter). I wouldn't stay here again.

Stayed here on a trip for Archery Nationals in Louisville. Walls had gouges out of them, bed skirts had stains on them and when you go to the front desk they asked if we could pull them out. Will definitely look at different places before I’d stay there again
