They were out of towels and when asked about when they would get more the overnight clerk laughed and said when the women come in and wash some. Keys didn’t work on first room so had to switch rooms. Then the phone didn’t work to call operator in new room. The bed was so hard it made my back hurt. I will not be using this location again.

5 stars-My room was spotless. Everything clean.
5 stars- Breakfast was very good.
But… smell of the lobby, the hall, the elevator and my room - not good. Though the desk attendant volunteered to spray I went out and got Glade air freshener.
And the Pool was not open and looked like it hadn’t been in a while. Looking out of my window the backside of the property was overgrown- no landscaping. Small sitting area out front had torn/ ripped mesh in the seats.

The room was as clean as they could make it. It said it was non smoking, but it smelled of a bit smokey. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Horrible experience! There were lots of roaches, water stain on the ceiling, room smelled moldy, stained tub, dirty stains on the seal on the refrigerator, room door handle, lamps, étc. The 1st floor was for overnight local residents, 2nd fl was for construction workers working in the area, 3rd fl is used for customers staying 3 days or more. I was told this information when I informed the desk clerk that I was not having an enjoyable stay in my 3rd fl room.

breakfast menu was fine. orange juice and apple juice was supplied and breakfast food was delicious. the pm person who i checked in was ok. the am person i checked out with was ok as well. wasnt bad wasnt the greatest just in the middle. the room was smelly . the toilet seat was not properly clean with dirt buildup for months. worms was coming out the bathroom floor. the breakfast look good but im not sure if it was my breakfast or the food i had the night before but my stomach didn't appreciate it. overall its a decent hotel i wasn't expecting 5 star quality they deliver 3 star staff and cleaning

I previously reserved my room, but did not check in until later that night. Literally, upon opening the door and turning on the lights we were greeted by a few roaches in the sink. My spouse went to use the restroom and pulled back the curtain to the shower and once again, we were greeted by not one, two, or three, but four roaches. We turned right around and requested a refund. Thankfully we was able to book another room considering the time of night it was. Was very unhappy with the Comfort Inn.

We entered the building and we were unable to stay, as it smelled of smoke, the condition was less than acceptable, and there were people who appeared to be long term tenants spending time in the hallways with doors open, music playing and people vaping. The photos depicted on ******* certainly did not show the current conditions. Did not feel safe there.
