The property is a bit worn (e.g., the floor of our room was uneven). The bed was quite comfortable, which is not always the case even in more expensive hotels. Staff were friendly and helpful. Though it’s address is Winterville, it’s only a very short drive to ECU and Greenville.

I had to make 2 separate reservations to extend my stay another night. When I checked in I asked the gentleman if I could keep my room. He said I could. I am a nurse working nights. In the middle of my sleep to work that night I was asked to move to another room on the 2nd floor because they had overbooked rooms due to a football game. I realize the normal world works during the day. I told the guy who told me I had to switch rooms what the other guy said, and he told me “well he told you wrong.” I told him I worked nights and I was in the middle of my sleep. He only told me “I understand” I asked him how could he? The discussion went downhill from there. In the normal world it’s like waking someone up at midnight to switch rooms. For 2 nights, and I I only slept there less than half a day it was almost $800. After moving my things (no one even bothered to assist) I couldn’t really get back to sleep.

The hotel room, 101, smelled. I had to re-pack and move to another room. The desk clerk was great. The free breakfast was "ok". I've had better at a California Country Inn & Suites

The cleanliness of hotel outside and inside was great and inviting. There were plenty of parking and the location was quiet and less hectic. All of the staff were nice and very helpful. Had great coffee available 24 hrs. The room was a bit dated/ Could use upgrade and inspection of functionality. The bathroom door dragged on the floor where it could not open wide and there was no slip proof mats for the shower/tub. Overall, pretty good stay.

Decent stay priced right
Room was clean, beds comfortable. Noise on the back of hotel was quiet. Guests were respectful of quiet hours. Noise on front of hotel acceptable for the traffic side.Hotel is dated but they have made updates in the rooms. Breakfast was nice. Staff were professional/friendly
