The hotel morning and afternoon staff was great. The room are decent, but they need to exterminate. They have a really bad Roach problem. I had to literally ask for trash basgs and put my bags in and tied them up. I refused to leavemy bags exposed in the rooms. I was sleepless all night. I hate bugs or any kind, especially ROACHES.

Toilet wasn’t flushing properly, but besides that it was a decent room.

Extremely disappointed in how filthy the bedding was. Both quilts were stain bad and the ends. Removed them and put them aside just to see the sheets were just as bad. Curtain would close because it was broke. I had to use a pen to clip them together so they would close shut. Desk and a nasty film all over the top. If I knew I could get a refund without an issue I would have asked. Lately they never do.

We arrived to a room that had urine stains all over the toilet, what looked like blood on the arm of the chair and curtains (the curtains were ripped and didn't close all of the way), the plug out of the bathtub with loads of visible hair in the drain, over all could have used a better clean found a lot of little things that were dirty as well. Most importantly though there was black mold in the refrigerator. My husband went to the front desk to inform them and they could not find anyone to come and clean it so the worker gave my husband some cleaning spray and a wash cloth. After paying almost $200 for a single night we did not expect to have to clean the room before we could relax after a 4 hour drive. The worker offered nothing as far as help or condolences. A complete waste of time and money. If we could have found another place on such short notice we would have left. I even considered sleeping in my car.

Cleanliness was terrible, the rooms have horrible smell that sticks to your clothes. The first room they gave me had a sink that was flooding the floor with water, then I noticed ants crawling everywhere so they switched me to another room that smelled so bad, the ac had a terrible smell as well. I had to light candles to mask it. The walls are dirty, the sink had grime around it and the tub was filthy on top of all the pesky flies. The sheets had blood stains and didn’t smell clean. The microwave wasn’t sanitary. The chair in the room was cut up and heavily stained with who knows what. One of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

臭虫！！注意。入住期间，我发现我的房间里有臭虫。然后我去了大厅的工作人员那里告诉他们，他们却表现得好像是我带来的。然后当我威胁要让环保局知道时，他们才承认有臭虫，然后提出给我换房间，并提供折扣等。第二天我就离开了。无论这里有多便宜，都不要住在这里。
