Very unkept from appearances to amateurish room maintenance attempts. Caulking and such very poorly cleaned.
Sticky stain in front of the fridge & poorly cleane
Very noisy rooms, especially mine in tje nack side if the property.

Speed bump in front of office is awful! When I went over it (slowly) it scraped the underside of my car.
We were charged a $100 security deposit that we were unaware of.
We arrived after 5pm so it was already dark. When we walked into the room and flipped the light switch on, nothing happened. We ended up feeling our way through the room to find a lamp to turn on.
One of the comforters had stains on it. As did one of the towels.
The beds were so uncomfortable, I might as well slept in the floor. Every time we moved the bed squeaked and the pillows were awful, they were basically lumpy couch throw pillows.
Hair dryer didn’t work.
Other than comforter and towel stain, everything else was clean. A/C and heat worked well. Shower was fine. Staff were friendly (thank you!)
We traveled here for my sons surgery the next day, so it was disappointing the beds were as uncomfortable as they were because no one was able to get any rest.

Nasty cigarette smell in my room and coffee pot is broken. Girlfriend’s room hair blower didn’t work. Both rooms. Red renovation and updates.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times over the years, and this was by far the WORST experience. Some of the rooms have been renovated, but the one i received wasn’t. It was kinda dirty and one of the pillows looked like it had blood on it smh. The breakfast was trash. Definitely won’t stay here ever again.

出差或家庭度假都很适合住在这里，迫不及待想再来！

不得不支付每晚20美元，入住一楼的房间，却被告知已装修完毕。房间装修很差。前台没有回应。入住后不得不换房间，因为新装的浴室灯坏了。我们换到的房间墙上挂着烟雾报警器，但没有探测器。浴室门也坏了，关不上。
房间很脏。浴室里发霉，地毯上大片污渍，空调噪音很大，让人难以入睡。他们坚持要付100美元的押金，直到第二天早上9点后才退还。早餐简直糟透了。唯一的优点是工作人员态度很好。
工作人员非常棒，但是房间很脏，桌腿也坏了。没有卫生纸，或者几乎没有，但这绝对是一个让你想睡一觉就走的地方。
