Only thing for breakfast was oatmeal, muffin and coffee, nothing like the picture. The entire floor and entrance was dark, smelled very musty. Will not recommend this place nor stay there again. We had to put our towels and trash can outside our door yet they would only replace 2 big towels when we were 3 and no small towels and the trash can was down the hall. I would appreciate a refund or partial refund due to what you show on your website is nothing like it on person. Now I see why you have a 2.9 review

Upon check-in, I had a confirmation number, but the clerk told me she had no reservation for my name and asked if I had a different first name and I said no it’s the first name that I already gave you. That was a really unprofessional question for her to ask me, she had to go in the back and talk with somebody else before finding my reservation And then it took a while and and she offered no apology. Other than that there wasn’t a problem.

Wrong Choice
I generally don’t leave bad reviews. This is an exception.
Positives: room seems clean, beds were comfortable, AC worked, TV was small but worked (very fussy remote).
BUT: First, driving up to it we missed the narrow driveway hidden behind a dingy Chinese restaurant with bars on the windows. Had to circle around to get back to it. The parking area has a chain link fence topped with barbed wire - not a welcoming sign when arriving. No elevator - steep stairs. No soap or shampoo in the room and a maid in the hall had none, so I needed to walk back down those stairs to ask for some. Just two towels that were barely the size of hand towels. Hot water in the bath (took forever to get there). Bathroom fan doesn’t work. Inadequate light in the room - just lights in the hall and one between the beds that doesn’t shine into the whole room.
The promised free breakfast? OMG! It consisted of small muffins, instant oatmeal, coffee (no decaf) and tea. All served in a dimly lit, dreary room. See photo. Whoopee! The entire hotel including rooms, hallways, carpet, doors and trim,TVs could use upgrades. At least some color and artwork could be added.
Over priced at $90. It seems that all the hotels in the area are charging much more. We regret not choosing one of those instead.

Property was a little hard to get to. The clerk was nice, but was sitting on the couch in the entrance of the hotel. They had no soft drink machine and didn’t sell any. The room had 2 roaches crawling in our room. No coffee pot or microwave or any shampoo or body wash. Very plain place. Bed’s were hard and bedspread had tears in it. Free breakfast coffee, muffin and instant oatmeal. The word was free so don’t expect a great breakfast. It was just a place to spend the night. It was quiet. I won’t stay there again.

The mattresses were horrible, the room was nice , but I woke up most of the night cuz it was like sleeping on a piece of plywood, and it felt like you were gonna roll off the side , it was not comfortable at all
