Poor water pressure. None of the ice machines were working. Room smelt moldy, like wet clothes.

The bathroom had spots that were not clean around the shower door. The faucet needs a new aerator. The bathroom tissue roll was almost empty when we arrived, and there were no extra rolls. I called the front desk, the said they would send some up, but it never came. My husband had to go down & get it. The food at breakfast was ok, but what i ate had to be reheated first.

The hotel was under renovation according to the sign on the door. The walls were thin and could hear all of the things happening next door…The shower pressure was weak. The shower wasn’t very clean. The wall was peeling in the bathroom. The lotion by the sink had fallen off of the wall. The large light in the bathroom did not work. The ice machine on our floor did not work. The breakfast was pretty good. The waffle mix one morning was sour, but fine the next morning. The outside grounds were well kept, but the inside needed some cleaning. It was an ok stay; we would stay somewhere else next time.

The price is great. There has been renovations going on for the past few years. Overall I would stay again. The breakfast was great. The lady who worked in that area was awesome. Food was fresh and hot she kept everything stocked. She was nice

All ice machines no functioning. Almost all washers and dryers non working. Staff was nice enough to get us ice cubes from home freezer trays in the kitchen. Saw people scrounging thru trash looking for tin cans and food (?). Saw maintenance man chase a young man saying he was going to call the police. Motel is almost impossible to find with GPS. Behind other motels and no sign to see. Had to get directions on the phone from the nice lady on the desk at 8 pm. I would never recommend this motel to anyone.

酒店回复: Thank you for your review. We are sorry that the ice machine is not working, however we do try as provide an alternative such as what you mention. While we can be a bit difficult to get to, there are signs on the building, off the interstate and a big standalone one in the back of the property that can be seen from the highway. We only have 1 dryer not work and both washers are brand new. While we can not control the population of homelessness, we do try to keep them from disrupting our guest and making a mess of the trash. I didn't see you mention anything in regards to the room after saying it was bad. Have a wonderful day!

It’s definitely older and they’re making improvements, but it definitely didn’t feel the cleanest.

我没有享受到酒店所有的设施，因为我的入住时间很短。由于在城里没有车，酒店附近就有几家餐馆非常方便。不过酒店和员工都很不错。👍🏽
