这家酒店在清洁和服务方面始终保持高标准。在一个异常寒冷的周末，房间里却一直很暖和。床非常舒适，完全不需要额外盖毯子。只有两个小问题：枕头有点凹凸不平，但总体还行；餐厅的晚餐不太合我们的胃口。但总的来说，一切都非常出色！等不及要再来了。
早餐没煮熟，价格过高，员工非常粗鲁，不乐意提供帮助。感觉他们做什么都嫌麻烦。
酒店的走廊太多，很容易迷路。酒吧价格昂贵，而且不能点餐到房间。我们入住期间房间也没有打扫。面包车停车也很困难。入住手续也很繁琐。
很棒的酒店，非常干净舒适。
设施很差的糟糕酒店
酒店还不错，就是早餐不行。
我从泰姆来到斯温顿参加DVSA考试，并且通过了。这全靠Village酒店舒适，让我睡了个好觉。真是众人拾柴火焰高啊🙃
建筑外观看起来有点破旧！休闲设施（桑拿和蒸汽房）有点脏。
酒店外面有摩托车手在飙车、玩后轮特技，一直到深夜。
客人使用健身房需要支付5英镑，更衣室很脏，蒸汽房也停用了。浴室的插头、水龙头和水槽周围都发霉了。
