We really enjoyed our stay at the Sandman Hotel! This was our second time staying here, and we love the area—it’s so convenient to all the nearby stores and restaurants. The staff was very accommodating and even gave us the same room we had during our first stay, as well as honoring our request for the highest possible floor. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

This hotel has seen better days. All of the window coverings were broken, the faucet to the sink was a converted shower faucet so it blew water so hard that it splashed all over me, and there was a strong smell of deodorizer. The room was dated and the bed was in poor shape. I don't think I will be back.
In terms of a positive, the person at the front desk was lovely with a very positive attitude.

Reallu clean rooms and staff was very helpful and friendly, Hot tub was good when we finally got to go in there was alot of people there.

Pool and hot tub very dirty especially the hot tub. Provided no water in room for such a well known hotel that should be standard at least so we can use the coffee machine but even the coffee machine had coffee grind in it from previous use so not cleaned. I placed my hang tag for my room to be cleaned and came back the same nothing cleaned, our garage was overflowing, did not know where to put our garbage after. We were out of towels. We had to keep calling front desk for that. Photos on website do not match what u see and the service not as great.

酒店干净整洁。房间和照片上展示的一样。前台员工很友好。房间里有一个旧咖啡机，咖啡味道不是很好。有一次他们收走了旧毛巾，但没有更换新的。总的来说，是一次不错的体验。
是次第三次去 Edmonton，故欲選一間從未去入住及價錢合理的酒店。我們一家極之讚賞這酒店，房間整潔及衛生，床舖新淨又大，裝修仍保持新淨，一家住得好舒服，睡得很好。在此讚賞前台員工友善，態度親切！讚賞！推介此酒店！
