The hotel is outdated, the heater in the room hardy worked and the switches were melted.
Lights were hanging out of their sockets, kettle was ancient - the entire place is dated.

The receptionist was a lovely lady and she looked after us well despite being a bit early. Very nice lady and made us feel welcome.
Room was clean and we got exactly what we paid for, great value. As Dubs, we were shocked at how nice the hotel was the price we paid.

Welcoming and helpful staff, good cleanliness. Room was ok, beds comfortable but toilet seat was too small for toilet and wasn’t attended to despite us reporting it. Fire door in hallway bangs loudly each time used due to door closer not working properly making it difficult to sleep. Hotel is very central so external noise to be expected.

Staff was very friendly, food at Benners is amazing! Highly recommend lunch there on Thursday/sunday especially if you like pizza! Rooms are a bit outdated and no mini fridge but it’s clean and comfortable.
分别订了2晚，办理入住时一开始没找到第二晚的预定记录，联系了携程客服才给解决。说是携程的代理商没有及时付费导致的没有第二晚入住信息…算是个乌龙吧。
员工友善，地理位置优越，环境干净。
很棒的酒店
房间宽敞干净，工作人员热情友好，乐于助人。我非常喜欢在这里的住宿，如果我再来特拉利，还会选择这家酒店！
