The place smelled clean and looked clean the second you walked in so that was a nice start.
The staff were all very nice and the room was impressively clean. I travel a lot for work and it's been months since I've been in such a spotless room. Breakfast was very nice too.
I think the only issue someone might have is with parking as there are only so many spots available. Otherwise I recommend this place highly.

Staff friendly and caring with offer to help with luggage. Room was great, Lobby and breakfast area very nice. The downside is it is not ADA Compliant. There is no handicap parking. The elevator from the parking structure into the hotel is not working. There are 3 spaces in front for unloading/15 minutes. One parking spot for Veterans. One handicap sign indicating that there is a ramp at the end of the side walks. The ramp is steep and about 50 feet long. This is the same ramp that guest would need to roll their luggage, or when using the luggage cart. Otherwise they would need to walk up at least 15 steps. If I was disabled, I would not come here. When I voiced my concerns, the front desk clerk stated the the parking out front was the Handicapped parking. I have photos to share.

As I told you we have assigned all the parking in the front to handicap parking. I apologize if that was not communicated to you. We are ADA compliant and strive to make our guests stay enjoyable. I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us. We will take your comments and use them as a learning tool. I have placed handicap signs on the poles at the front of the building. The other handicap parking spaces are below by the elevator which will soon be in service.

BE CAREFUL
The maid stole my AirPods I left them in my room I called and never heard anything called again when the location on find my iPhone moved and the hotel is ignoring me. Will be filing. A police report.

Great location for our brief stay in Tulsa during our road trip with easy access on site parking (small charge). Not much shopping/dining options in the immediate vicinity of the hotel but we used it as a base for a couple of days whilst visiting other nearby areas & attractions. We would stay here again if we return to Tulsa.
