Front desk attendants are so friendly and welcoming, hotel is clean and bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that the wi fi was down and the only coffee in my room was decaf. Front desk said it was a carrier issue which it happens. Coffee in lobby was good. Overall good stay

Over booked called me on way to the hotel that we didn’t have the room for us. They claimed ******* sent over my reservation that day when it was booked 10 days before. Very disappointed and caused unnecessary stress when they did not take accountability for their error and tried to blame *******. I chatted with ******* and it was confirmed that La qunta had my my reservation the whole time. Watch out for your reservations%.

酒店回复: I am sorry you had a bad experience. I can assure you the reservation was not sent by *******. You were not the only guest who had this issue. I spent hours trying to get the issue solved and ended up closing out the hotel for a couple days to allow for the inventory to sync. I have spoken with ******* and have escalated this with them and with Wyndham. I am assured this issue is corrected. I know it does not help you now. I apologize again for the cancelation.

Night worker was amazing and helpful. Manager was super nice and understanding with our situation! Rooms were clean.

I left my headphone on the bed in room 305 and suddenly they didn’t have it in the lost and found. Wont be coming back as they have dishonest employees.

Rooms & hotel were clean & the hot breakfast was good. Parking was very good. Unfortunately the room across the hall partied loudly while we tried to sleep.
