Breakfast was not good could need help starting there ! Also room carpet was torn on (door) not good appearance for customer needs fixed!

The staff was very nice and helpful. When people made huge messes and broke stuff they were very patient. Their patience actually helped me be less annoyed by the stupid guests.

Was decent. Very budget friendly. Good value. The staff were all friendly, attentive, and helpful.
The establishment is just very old. It's got the old, kinda moldy smell. The overall ambiance: lighting, the appointments, etc all look pretty dated. But it's not without the western charm.
The room itself was clean. Well enough for a quick stop. Also it was pretty quiet with good sound proofing. AC/Heat worked very well. I had a good night's rest.
What didn't work so well:
- The wifi is slow to the point of basically useless.
- Breakfast was a bit underwhelming
- The keycard system just doesn't work. Had to go to front desk to get new cards twice in my 12 hour stay. Even the front staff were complaining about it. Seems like corporate/management needs to really approve that investment to replace security for the guest rooms.
If next time I was to stay in Vernal for a few more days to fully explore the surrounding area, I would stay at a newer/nicer place.

The facility and room was very neglected. I apologize for this review being so honest, but there should not be any part of that facility rated at a 8.8 let alone an 9.4, which our room was rated when I booked it. Overall the facility is about a 6.0 and given the price, I highly recommend spending the extra $20-$30 and staying somewhere else. It would be worth it,

Room smelled bad. Inappropriate language at the front desk between employee and her friend. Rooms need to be updated. Breakfast was great.
这家酒店简直是挂羊头卖狗肉。离恐龙博物馆远得要命。房间照片上明明显示有按摩浴缸，结果我问了才说只有蜜月套房才有。前台那个人态度很差，好像特别不喜欢这份工作。早餐什么都吃完了，华夫饼没有糖浆，连咖啡都没了。我以后绝对不会再住这里了。太让人失望了。
两个房间里，其中一个房间还留着前一天打扫的抹布。
我们通知了前台，他们迅速高效地帮我们换了房间。
对于住一晚来说，这真是个完美的解决方案。
