Everyone except the maintenance staff was friendly. When we needed maintenance to fix out tv as we only had one channel, he flipped some cords around and said it’s just bad service.

We are not staying at this location. It is disgusting. I will be requesting a full refund. The hotel tried to change our rooms and when they did the replacement was just as bad. Very disappointing. Personnel at the front desk were apologetic. They tried to resolve the issues but it wasn’t possible.

Didn't complete Stay
Asked for Ice bucket, was handed a trash bag. Room was dirty, from the floors to the tub. TV remote didn't work.

Price was good.
The toilet seat was broken in room 107 and I was told they would have to order one. Visible lint in the a/c vent. It was swept down. I have COPD and it only worsened it. The telephone had 113 on it and it never had a dial tone. The lady working in the food area was very helpful and polite. Hotel was close to a mini mall.

The floor needed clean. I had to ask for a broom to clean it. After a couple of days the roaches came out in the microwave drawers sink area.
Very nice staff though.

Baymont Inn, Selma review
Selma is a depressed blighted area for the most part. The Baymont exemplified this. It is mainly a hotel for workers not travelers. Even though flooring is updated, the bed was old & the tub was old jacuzzi that was hard to get in & out for showers. The breakfast was okay but limited. Staff was friendly, helpful & accommodating.

I hated everything, I didn't stay at the property and I can't get a refund..
这是我住过最糟糕的酒店之一。天花板上全是霉斑，地上有虫子，一打开房门就闻到一股可怕的味道。酒店周边环境和酒店本身看起来都非常不安全，很容易被闯入。就连前门都关不严实。我绝不会向任何人推荐这家酒店。

除了迷人且乐于助人的员工之外，这家酒店的外观和清洁度令人恐惧。销售是最好的词。
我们不得不两次要求更换毛巾才能得到干净的毛巾。
地板又脏又粘。当然，这是一家汽车旅馆，但仍然如此；这是我们遇到过的最糟糕的情况。
