The room was very dirty. No house keeping staff to clean after a one night stay. Scheduled to stay four but only sleep one night and checked out. Asked to be charged one night because I left the second day after getting off work. This place is a disgrace to all quality inns. Check in staff was not pleasant. Dirty shower.

When we arrived the first thing that did not work was the television ,phone. The 3rd night neighbors woke us up at 2:30am. Couldn't get manager, wouldn't recommend staying here. Could not get any response from the manager or the police about the noise.

To the rude middle Eastern woman at the front desk, don't worry about "hating to allow service dogs" and the tremendous amount of money you claim they cost you. This time a service dog didn't cost you a penny but your rude attitude did. We drove the extra 15 minutes to Guntersville and stayed at a NICE HOTEL with employees who know what kindness, friendliness and customer service is. I guess I could've stayed there and stared out the window at the McDonald's, but instead I opted for a balcony with a lake view, with my service dog laying right beside me. Weird, everyone here welcomes us with open arms and loved that my service dog was with me. Word of advice, you keep bumping those gums about how much of a problem service dogs are and expect a letter from the Federal ADA enforcement people. You actually have the nerve to complain about the added cost a service dog costs you, while charging people $101 up to $120 a night for a room with a bed!!! Yeah I'm sure you're really losing money at those rates. To any potential customer, save time and drive the extra 15 minutes where you will have a choice of many places to stay instead of this one story dump! I'm going to include a few pics from where I stayed at the Wyndham Garden Lake in Guntersville.

The Quality Inn in Arab was close to the event that we went to Arab to attend. The price was ok also. The room was clean and smelled pleasant. That is about where the good qualities ended. The pool was closed in May. The complimentary breakfast was VERY sparse. It looked like they has pressure washed the side walks and walk throughs. This left a puddle of water and the bottom of the stairs that you had to avoid each time. The young girl that was there when we checked in was pleasant. The other lady was not. We had to go back to the office to have our keys redone because at check out, they no longer worked (we stayed 2 nights). If you just need a place to sleep and don't really expect much from a hotel, then this would work for you.
