Forget previous review, this hotel told me there was a 25$ deposit for pets. I stayed an additional 4 days but on the last day they came to my room at 5 pm and told me if I didnt pay and additional 4 days of pet deposits I had to go when I'd already paid for that night. Seen them everyday at the front desk and this was never mentioned. Will not be going back there!
When I arrived I rang the buzzer, outside of the hotel because doors are locked, for about 15-20 mins and NO ONE ANSWERED. I had to call the hotel just to get someone to come to the front desk and let me in. Which when I walked back to the front lobby door there STILL was NO ONE!!! She took about 5 more mins to come. There were several missing light bulbs. I had no towels. Paint was splattered all over. The fridge was broke. There was no coffee pot. I paid for a suite and was put in a broke down regular room. It looked COMPLETELY different than the rooms I saw on the 1st floor. The closet was LITERALLY broken off the wall and there wasn’t a bar to hang my clothes from.
