The bed was comfortable, but the hallways and our room had some strange odors. The bathroom shower was pretty rough looking and the water from the sink and shower felt slimy, like no matter how much you tried to rinse off, it still felt like there was a slippery substance on you.
The pool was freezing cold and there was way too much chlorine in it. There was mold on the ceiling and half-finished plaster on the walls. The key pad to get into the pool was broken and a worker had to unlock it for us, which took multiple tries.
Breakfast was ok, pretty standard hotel breakfast.
Overall, the quality of the hotel was below average and not worth the cost.

Room 312 bathroom door needs to be painted, toilet seat moves, toilet was low; dusty around headboard of bed, shower head needs a new replacement. Tge staff was friendly and efficient

Clean it up
Stopped in for the night on a roadtrip - nearby location to highway on ramp made it convenient. Great service but the hotel room was average and the cleanliness was less than average

$150 hold absolutely inexcusable
Our stay was fine. But as I was checking in, I was informed that a $150 hold would be placed on my card. It was late at night and we’d been traveling all day and I didn’t have the strength to argue about it. He told me it would be taken off immediately upon check out. NINE DAYS LATER the hold is gone. Absolutely inexcusable. The hotel blames the bank. The bank blames the hotel. $150 is completely unacceptable. We were there for ONE NIGHT! Not a week. I will be avoiding Comfort Inn and telling others to as well.

Hotel is old and needs fixtures and flooring to be replaced. Holes in the ceiling were creepy.
Breakfast was gross. Out of all the juices - just water. And no coffee - which is crazy.

Not impressed
I had booked a room and was called to ask if I would switch to a room with two beds and I said yes. When I got there, the room was right across the hall from the ice machine. I asked if there were any other rooms available and was told there were not. For one night I listened to people getting ice and the ice dropping all night and the second day when I returned from drum corp at University of Dayton, they were ants crawling on the bedspread and the nightstand. It was too late to find any place else to stay so I checked out in the morning and was refunded my last two nights.

They couldn't find our reservation it smell like cleaners. There was food in refrigerator it makes think the smell was masking something. We did stay the. After the concert we came back and checked out. We couldn't stay

The hotel stay was great. Only two issues. First, the coffee pot did not work. Second, one of the pillows smelled bad. I turned it into the desk for them to check. The bed was very comfortable. I will make comfort inn my highest priority the next time I need a place to stay.
