Although I liked how close it was to Eldora which is why we came… the facility needs some major upgrades. Caulking in the bath tub, wall paper peeling off, left over ice cream in the fridge. Oh and I wanted a non smoking room that I reserved months ago but they didn’t have any available which is bull. The employees need to look at their bookings before giving out rooms that were already booked. So we had to stay in a smoking room. Definitely will not be staying here again.

We got the king size bed with the jacuzzi tub. Jets in the tub didnt work.
We were not told the pool was closed. Went to use it and the water was green.
Had blood stains on the comforter.
I talked to the lady who was working Saturday and she was on the phone with another customer. I waited and she told them to hang on a second. Asked me what i needed so i let her know the jets in the tub didnt work. All while this other guest was on the phone.
Not impressed at all. And hoping once my payment clears it really clears for a discounted rate as i was told it would be.

Terrible hotel
When we arrived our room had gnats flying around in it and it smelled bad. The pool was green so we couldn't get in it and the ice machine was broken. Staff were not friendly and were irrited when we asked for clean towels.

We did not stay at the Quality Inn last night because of bugs in the room. We found a dead bed bug and 2 live cockroaches in the restroom. The rooms are old and and dirty.

The overnight front desk lady was nice. Our room door handle only opened when you lift up, ac never worked as it was 20⁰ cooler outside than in the room, humidity was through the roof in the room. Desk lamp switch broken. Entire place reeked of cigarette smoke and even in a non-smoking room, smoke was getting in. Fire alarms went off at 4:30 in the morning. We brought this to the attention to the front desk but she said there weren't any other rooms available. We packed up and slept the remainder of the night in our truck. I will require a refund.

Room fairly clean, shower worked well. Toilet did not work and my husband had to continually try to fix it. Staff said there was no plumber available. There was air flow in room but not air conditioning. It was humid in the room and my clothes felt damp. Breakfast was ok. Will not stay again.

Mine was the 6th room reviewed. 2 not cleaned, 1 adjoining door not able to be locked, 1 electric didn't work, 1 smelled of mold/mildew. 6th I took found the TV didn't work toilet ring old/disgusting, no stopper in the tub, wallpaper pealing. They gave a discount on a future visit would do nothing for this visit.

我告知他们我有两只服务犬，但他们要求我出示两只狗的证明文件，尽管他们的牌子上清楚写着，酒店方只能询问它们是否是服务犬以及是否受过特定训练。更离谱的是，晚上十点半，我们被告知需要额外支付100美元现金作为杂费，尽管我们的房费已经结清了。
