Staff was friendly, free breakfast was yummy. I liked that there was free water, coffee and tea out as well. The rooms were nice and the beds were so comfy. Parking was plentiful and it was right across from the Colonie center. Good place to stay- would

Not clean. Hair on the sheets and sink. Molding bathroom ceiling. Breakfast was better than other places like Hampton Inn. Staff is very friendly and fast.

Would recommend. Hotel was easy to find and convenient from the main Rd. Front desk staff were friendly at checkin/out, helpful with local information during. Room was clean but had a very small entry area. Just enough to barely fit the luggage trolley, but we made it work. I would advise putting a tracker on the trolleys they do have, or getting more , since it was only 4 for the whole place. We checked out around 10am and sat in the lobby for 20 minutes waiting for an available one to show up or go by. Nada. So we went upstairs and started taking things down in increments and half way thru happened to get one from someone rolling one back in. I think guests are keeping them in their room instead of returning right away. A trolley tracker would solve that issue. Highly recommend the Indian restaurant Maharaja two doors over. Entrance at back left of building. Food was delicious!

The floor to the bathroom had sticky stuff all over it and there was a leak coming from under the frig. when I wiped up the water and the bathroom floor the washcloth was black.
