Budget or not, don't chose.

The room was damp and our clothes felt wet the entire stay. It was run down. The parking lot was in terrible shape. The entrance to the hotel had terrible pot holes. TV wouldn't work. Had to have staff come fix it. Then we had to fix it each time we turned it on. The remote control was gross and sticky. All around wouldn't recommend.

A good value and fairly easy to find off the highway but (1) the road leading up to the hotel was spooky and full of potholes and (2) the room we were given smelled so bad of cat urine that our eyes watered. We were moved promptly with only a slightly better smel of mustiness. Comfortable bed and for the heck out of dodge at first light in the morning.

Our room smelled of stale cigarette smoke and the carpet was dirty. The room and bathroom were not cleaned. There was old food on the carpet in the room. The toilet bowl was dirty and gross. The wall around the outside of the shower had mold bubbling up through the torn paint. The hotel "ran out of" towels. It was nasty. The staff was nice but not really present. No one was at the front desk for check out so after waiting for a long time, a lot of guests just left their room keys.

Not Good

During check in the host was on his phone the entire time. When we went to our first room, it was not clean at all. There was mold in the tub and stain in the toilet. The room smelled musty and had an odor. I went back and made them switch out rooms, and the host still remained in his phone. The second room was cleaner but still not good.

The only thing nice is the lobby. And the staff that checked us in was nice. My daughter and I were going to sleep in the car but it was too hot. The minute we walked out of the lobby and down our hallway and smelled like Cat urine. We opened our door and the amount of dampness hit you right in your face. Stains on our bedding the floor felt wet. The bathroom has blood on a corner of the wall and floor. My son’s bed is broken and the head of the bed is lower than his feet. We searched for a new hotel and we couldn’t find one because it’s move in weekend for WVU. I slept with my sneakers on and Incase I needed to use the bathroom I could without walking on the floor. The shower has cracks mold/mildew. So I won’t be showering . So disappointed.

Stayed for one overnight for college move in. Hotel was in a good location. Clean and breakfast was good. Property a little outdated. Restaurant next door closed at 9 pm. Check in was fast and staff was courteous.

Ok

Just a place to sleep. Common areas not real clean. Outside my room it was dirty at door. Tge room had a strong chemical/glue odor. The room was clean and the bathroom but the carpet felt damp. Parking lot and access road were terrible.
