The facility is desperate for an update to the guest rooms/hallways etc. No elevator to the second floor, how is that even possible, the ADA was passed 35 years ago?
Regardless, staff did the best they could and the rooms and common areas were clean.

I have stayed here many times. Although not an upscale hotel, i never thought it was dirty until this time. My room, the hallways, the stairs were filthy.
Also we received no housekerping service. Thin walls, i could hear everything from the room next door.

Overall this place is a dump. Outside is pretty unkempt with all the trash cans overflowing. Inside smells like smoke. Staff isn’t great either. I waited for about a half an hour (along with two other guests trying to address other issues) before I could check in. Front desk employee was nowhere in sight.

Off the main beating path....cats appearently use to being there, running around the area, overall low quality.

Room was average. The AC was not the greatest. The road to get to it wasn’t even a road.
The hotel is out of date and needs to be updated.

Budget or not, don't chose.
The room was damp and our clothes felt wet the entire stay. It was run down. The parking lot was in terrible shape. The entrance to the hotel had terrible pot holes. TV wouldn't work. Had to have staff come fix it. Then we had to fix it each time we turned it on. The remote control was gross and sticky. All around wouldn't recommend.

Cat pee eeww
A good value and fairly easy to find off the highway but (1) the road leading up to the hotel was spooky and full of potholes and (2) the room we were given smelled so bad of cat urine that our eyes watered. We were moved promptly with only a slightly better smel of mustiness. Comfortable bed and for the heck out of dodge at first light in the morning.

Our room smelled of stale cigarette smoke and the carpet was dirty. The room and bathroom were not cleaned. There was old food on the carpet in the room. The toilet bowl was dirty and gross. The wall around the outside of the shower had mold bubbling up through the torn paint. The hotel "ran out of" towels. It was nasty. The staff was nice but not really present. No one was at the front desk for check out so after waiting for a long time, a lot of guests just left their room keys.

Not Good
During check in the host was on his phone the entire time. When we went to our first room, it was not clean at all. There was mold in the tub and stain in the toilet. The room smelled musty and had an odor. I went back and made them switch out rooms, and the host still remained in his phone. The second room was cleaner but still not good.
