Breakfast was not fresh and staff closed early. My lights in my room didn’t work. The couches look old and sank in. Staff would not provide more linens.

I called the hotel to tell them that I was arriving after 4pm check in, arriving late at night. when I arrived to hotel they told me that they didn't have any room available, they suggest to call ******* to get a reimbursement. I called ******* and they called the hotel to check that I wasn't sleeping there. Place the claim and they told me to wait for 3 days. I called ******* again and they said that the Hotel says that I did stayed that night at the hotel and that they are not going to reimburse my money. Liars

Bad service and dirty room
Hotel was filthy. Outdated. Dirty tub, hair dryer, hair follicles on the bedding and towels. I had to clean and disinfect myself. Floor not vacuumed sofa bed had trash in it. And broken. Never again. Also no soap, tooth paste or any essentials for that matter

Doesn’t look as nice as a picture and there was a lot of problems with the property so that’s why I gave it a small rating not really in the great condition
