Friendly and helpful staff. I broke my foot and they helped whenever i asked. I didnt have my proof for service animal and they ok'd it anyway. While other hotels, including the generic Hotel Glenpool next door charges $20 to $30 a noght for pet fee, this hotel only asks for $10 a night.

Average... everything
The room was unremarkable. The breakfast was not as good as most.... a couple cereal options, bagels, sugary yogurts, eggs/sausage that were ok, and a waffle maker with cold syrup poured in a plastic cup. We'll do something different next time. The stairs had dry concrete up and down them all 3 days, never cleaned, also smelled like sour carpets.

Can’t say that this is the best Comfort Inn I’ve stayed in. Given the reviews I’ve seen on here, I would’ve expected better. Hard to give a higher rating when you show up and the front desk guest services employee has a staunch look on her face and appears to just hate her job. The biggest issue I have with the facility is that they only had one elevator and guess what? It wasn’t working.. for the entirety of my stay.. with 3 kids.. and having to get all of our belongings up to the 3rd floor? That hardly justifies the price point of the facility. Yes it was clean, yes the AC worked. But for the money you’re spending? The property manager/owner should’ve made it a priority to get the elevator working as quickly as possible.

A week in Sapulpa
The property was centrally located for our needs and staff was friendly. The free breakfast was a little sparse. Only yogurt every 3 days, only 1 day had biscuits and gravy. Coffee was very good, apple juice had stuff floating in the cup. I don't think fabric softener was ever used, the pool towels and bath towels were so hard. The bottom sheets had piling (little balls) and should be replaced. Only 1 washer and dryer with no change machine and front desk couldn't make change.
