Check in was easy and friendly. Room was clean. I was in the second floor and there was a lot of noise from the floor above

The room was nice .but iwas under impression that it had a hot tub it dose not .they also charge a hundred dollar deposit at front desk. They say i should get it back tomorrow

Great complimentary breakfast and grandkids had fun swimming in the pool. Appreciated the call from staff after we left advising us we left a wireless phone charger in the room. They held it until our son who lives in Denver could pick it up after he got off work. Thanks!

We had used
Comfort Inn in South Dakota a few weeks prior to our stay in Colorado and we felt their breakfast was so much better. They served would serve scrambled eggs one day, fried eggs the next. They switched link sausage with sausage patties. Colorado only had 2% milk, S.D. also had skim milk.
Colorado was short of staff the 3 nights we were there.

Great place and hotel
The hotel was clean outside and inside. The rooms were clean and well maintained. AC system worked as expected, easy to use. No issues with bathroom or shower. Appreciate the bath toiletries and bathing products. Plenty of storage space for clothes, food, and luggage. Both TVs worked which is not common. The floors seem a little thin as you can hear people walking about upstairs which can disrupt your sleep. We only heard it first night. Breakfast was a good selection and the staff kept items well stocked. People were nice and no bad vibes.

The hotel is good, the parking lot was secure, and the bed was comfortable. The problem I had was housekeeping knocked twice trying to come in and clean the room, first at 8:42 AM and then 10:25 AM. Check out is 11 AM, and we checked out at 10:55 AM. I don’t know why they were so hot to get to clean the room right then, but they actually woke us up the first time. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay. We didn’t get a chance to have the breakfast although with housekeeping waking us up, we could have :/

Housekeeping thieves
The property was clean and the front desk people were friendly, however the furnishings were old and very worn. Plus I accidentally left some beverages in the refrigerator and left, when I realized about 20 mins later, I returned to retrieve my items. When I got to the room the door was open and my opened beverages were on the counter however my unopened drinks were gone including 2 Monsters and a bottle of soda. When I asked the front desk clerk to please find them, he said they were gone. The housekeepers stole my drinks, how rude.

The light came thru from the door. Bed very uncomfortable. Not very clean. They have an extra $100 authorization requirement and held by the hotel until check out.
