Front desk staff was wonderful but the hotel needs a complete makeover. Musty smell in the hallways. Shower door wouldn't close and the room as whole was dated at best. Only stayed there for 8 hours to sleep. Trim and caulk work looked like a child did it. Easy to get to as its on the main road from Myrtle to Columbia. You get what you pay for with this property

This hotel customer service is flat out terrible. DO NOT GO HERE! I made a reservation for a friend and they refused to honor the reservation and let her check in. Terrible Service. While I was on the phone with them, I asked to be transferred to the Manager, and the front desk worker Denise refused to put me through to the manager. Do not expect customer service at this hotel.

Whatever you do, DO NOT BOOK HERE. One of the worst customer services I’ve ever seen. You will not be able to get in contact with their front desk or manager if you want to change your reservation. They will do everything in their power to keep your money. Luckily, I went through my credit union and got my full refund back and filed an official complaint for the establishment. They will not be in business very long with the representatives they have working. Save your time and money and book anywhere else in the area.

This hotel needs a complete makeover. The rooms are very outdated and they smell. The free breakfast was horrible with only a few items and machine coffee. I would rate this hotel as a one or two star. I originally booked for three nights but cancelled the rest of the stay after the first night.

Where do I begin? They had no record of our reservation. Had to stay somewhere else for a night and now being charged twice. Between this hotel and @Reservations.com; it’s a nightmare. $1700 for week. Never again 😡

Booked through me travel program paid and after checkout and the hotel wouldn’t provide a receipt had an additional “hotel service fee” that they say isn’t included in the regular rate when booking with third parties. Very minimal breakfast, room was ok.

The rooms are filthy. Don't walk barefoot on the floors. They do not get mopped at all. Make sure you check your bill. They do not give the discounts offered. Service dogs are NOT welcome in this establishment. If they let you in, they put you in a room that has mold and cigarette smoke in it. Unbearable smell!! The breakfast is NOT at all a breakfast. You can have a bad of grits but not a bagel or oatmeal. They don't even have freshly brewed coffee. It's a machine. DO NOT STAY HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

When we finally got to the room the air conditioning was barely working. Bathtub should of been replaced years ago. Instead they just painted it. Worst tile job in shower I have ever seen. Grout lines 3/4 inch thick. No hairdryer in the room. Rude staff at front desk.
