Beds comfortable. Very quiet hotel. Nice staff however took a bit to get us checked in.. I suspect just new.

Great stay!
A comfortable bed and a good breakfast as well. We appreciate that there is a free shuttle to Mayo, great restaurant next to the hotel and a noon checkout.

First room we were given had plumbing issues - the shower would not drain. Also, the deadbolt on the main door was not lined up so it didn’t lock. We brought it to the attention of the staff and they immediately moved us to a new room. Other than those issues, we had a good stay. The room was clean and the beds were pretty comfortable.

The facility was very, very good. The price reasonable. The shuttle service is a huge benefit to my wife and me. The drivers so fun to talk to.

Room and staff were excellent, but the sink's faucet was partially broken, so we had to inform the desk when leaving.

Takes 3 or 4 attempts to open the door with the keycard. Other guests had similar issues.

Great stay outside of downtown, yet still not too far from Mayo. Nice to be able to hop on the free shuttle. Breakfast buffet was good! Excellent restaurant/patio on site as well!

Overall kid friendly, however no cribs available, which was a bummer. Pretty clean overall and having that extended room with the pullout sofa bed was very nice.
My 18 month old got fussy and didn’t want to sleep one night, so I took her to the lobby so that I didn’t disturb other guests, and the front desk staff were so kind to make sure I was okay, comfortable, etc.
