Amenities- the pool was closed which was unfortunate to not be told ahead of time because I would have booked elsewhere since that was going to be our main activity with our daughter in our 2 nights of spare time. We also had family that would have come to pay to swim as well.
The staff did not acknowledge the inconvenience, there was only a note posted.
At checkout no questions were asked as far as how our stay was.

The room was very comfortable and the lobby made a great little office while we waited for our appts at Mayo Clinic. The staff were all extremely nice and helpful from the gentleman making fresh cookies to Selena at the front desk. We have to come back in February and we will stay here again.

Elliot the front desk was amazingly helpful and friendly but was closed indefinitely. It sounds like it had been for a while but nowhere on the hotels amenities description did it list that the pool was closed. I come to find out that the health department is requiring the lower level two star hotels to upgrade their pool filtration system so several of them are just marking their pools is closed rather than make the expensive repair. Very upset to arrive with a child who wanted to swim to find out that the pool was closed, which staff knew about in advance, but did not have listed on the website anywhere when I was making reservations.

Booked because there was a pool and hot tub, but the pool and hot tub were not working, pump broke per staff.

Beds comfortable. Very quiet hotel. Nice staff however took a bit to get us checked in.. I suspect just new.

Great stay!
A comfortable bed and a good breakfast as well. We appreciate that there is a free shuttle to Mayo, great restaurant next to the hotel and a noon checkout.

First room we were given had plumbing issues - the shower would not drain. Also, the deadbolt on the main door was not lined up so it didn’t lock. We brought it to the attention of the staff and they immediately moved us to a new room. Other than those issues, we had a good stay. The room was clean and the beds were pretty comfortable.
