The staff were very nice. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! The building is old but very well taken care of. I have stayed in 5 star hotels that were not as clean as our room. I would absolutely stay here again.

Stay was ok, but was double billed. First by ******* then by Motel 6 directly. After a half hour on the phone, first with Motel 6 then with *******, the ******* rep promised that Motel 6 will remove the charge. My guess is that this is a regular practice by the Motel 6 in Concordia in the hopes that the customer will not notice the extra charge!

Parking lot is lit up nice and bright. Very easy parking and safe for all. The beds are comfy and the staff make sure that the rooms are very clean

They didn’t have the room I RESERVED. There was no one at the front desk I rang a bell at the lobby door and no one was there. The guy drove up later. I had to find another motel

Bed was comfy. Price was also great. Our room was very quiet. Only bad thing is there was no warm or hot running water for a shower in the morning. Ran the faucet for ten minutes with no luck. The fellow at the desk warned us that you have to let it run, so we did. No luck.

Ice Machine had a hand scoop which seemed dirty. Old windows allowed noise throughout the night with people coming and going in parking lot. Parking lot lights were very bright, curtains in room let in a lot of light. If you're just looking for a cheap night stay on the road, good option overall. Bed was quite comfortable, pillows not so much.

When the ac froze up and I called the desk he said he would be right there. Within 5 minutes his wife and him were right there to look at it. Told me that they would be right back with a replacement. 10 minutes later they had it replaced with a brand new ac unit that worked great. They had great communication with each step in fixing the issue. Very polite.
