Our overall stay was great, whenever i needed room services they were always quick with making sure our needs were taken care of. The room suite was cute and comfy we stayed for 3 nights and we had more then enough room. Hwy was close by and many other stores. I just wish that atleast free breakfast was included with the hotel. However they did have a restaurant. I would definitely recommend this place! Super friendly staff that makes you feel welcomed!!

Our door did not close behind us so when they cleaned our room they left door unlocked and anyone could enter because it was HALF OPEN! AND turned the thermostat to 62….. brrrrr when we returned. The tv in bedroom also rarely worked properly. We reported both to management so others do not experience if they were to be booked in this room. The fact that our room was unlocked for hours is disturbing at best!!!!! Was not not just unlocked it was cocked open. I think the reasons above is why we choose a different hotel chain.

Wonderful large room with sitting/tv area. Very comfy and clean. Needs safety strips or mat in bottom of tub as it was slippery. Does have safety grip bar, though. Very close to UW Hospital East; convenient to choices of restaurants and 94/151.

Indoor pool was too cold to even swim, hot tub was out of order. Very uncomfortable mattress.

酒店说有免费早餐，但其实不是免费的。酒店还说有一个不错的温水游泳池，但游泳池既不温水也不好！非常小而且很冷。
我们的房间清洁度很差，地板上的化妆品很差。浴室里到处都是小黑蝇。垃圾中没有垃圾袋，热水浴缸坏了，这是预订这家酒店的主要原因。
