Room had bugs. Don’t know if they were knats or baby flies. Flooring is not carpet so because it is winter, water and melting salt was all over our room from our shoes. No pillows were in the room for the pull out bed. Shower head did not work very well. Went to eat at the restaurant at 5pm and one of the staff was not there so we had to wait. Decided to order pizza after waiting a half hour.

The pool looks bigger in the picture. The hot tub was not working. If i would have known that I would have picked a different motel. Other then that it was good

We stayed here before an early morning flight and chose this hotel because of the parking and airport shuttle option. The convenience of leaving our car and catching the shuttle was definitely a plus.
Our stay itself was just okay. Unfortunately, our room was next to a family with several toddlers and there were noisy guests above us as well. The front desk clerk later mentioned that she was aware of the situation and had other rooms available—she even said we could’ve been moved. I appreciated her honesty, but it was disappointing to learn that she already knew about the noise issues. I didn’t want to complain at the time, knowing the parents were likely doing their best, and I really didn’t want to switch rooms that late.
The shuttle to the airport was great—on time, friendly driver, and smooth ride. However, the return pickup wasn’t as good. We were told it would be about 10 minutes, but it ended up being over 30 minutes before we were picked up. When we called to check, we were told the driver was delayed because the road was dark, which honestly felt more like an excuse than the real reason.
Overall, the stay served its purpose, but a bit more attentiveness and communication from the staff could have made a big difference.

We arrived on a Friday afternoon and found the lobby packed…2 weddings and a hockey tournament. We thought, oh no, it was going to be super noisy! However, we were pleasantly surprised by our room at the end of the hall with a beautiful view of a pond complete with ducks! The room had everything we could have wanted, and it turned out to be super quiet and a great place to stay!

酒店说有免费早餐,但其实不是免费的。酒店还说有一个不错的温水游泳池,但游泳池既不温水也不好!非常小而且很冷。
