The room was filthy. The tile floor in the bathroom had some kind of film on it, it was slippery like walking on a greased floor besides being dirty. The bath tub did not look clean and corrosion all along the safety bars of the tub. Paint was peeling on the ceiling and a cockroach found in the room. This hotel needs to be re-modeled.

The bathtub has a horrible stain in the bottom of it. There were roaches in the room. I went to the breakfast, and the only thing there was was a few Link sausages there was nothing else and I didn’t come at the end of the breakfast it was roughly in the middle of it. And as far as the staff goes, I never saw anyone but one person when I checked in, and that includes at breakfast in the morning. There was no one in there.

Upon arrival and getting to my room: Tv doesn’t work phone doesn’t work,alarm clock doesn’t work. Additionally,roaches. Pool looks filthy green color water. Air condition, leaks inside of room and room smells has a file Oder like mold. I should get a refund.

Wouldn’t stay again.

Beds were clean and comfortable but there were stains on the carpet, broken closet doors, no iron in the iron holder, broken toilet paper holder, stained bath tub and toilet don’t flush well. Had to relish or hold the handle down. The complimentary breakfast was no good.

Never Again

Assigned room has not been cleaned and dirty bedding was in a pile on the sofa. Went back to front desk - thought key didn’t work on second room so went back to desk again. As it turns out, the door simply wouldn’t open without body slamming it. It was late, we were tired, so we just dealt with it. Room wouldn’t cool even set at 60 degrees, stained carpet, uneven flooring, volume didn’t work on TV rendering it useless (no, it wasn’t muted), bathroom door couldn’t clear the toilet. The only positive we could come up with was fantastic water pressure. Truly disappointed.

This stay was so disappointing. We arrived 15 minutes before check in and were told none of the rooms were ready due to a housekeeping shortage. We sat in the lobby for 15 minutes and then handed our keys after shift change. The room was unclean, both from the last guests and generally needing a deep cleaning. There was urine on the toilet, spider webs in the corners, stains on the carpets and bed skirts and dusty. Our family member had roaches in their room although we did not see any in ours. The Holiday Inn next door was fully booked or we would have moved.
