The hotel was convenient for my needs. First night i had a king room on the second floor and after a long day it was quiet and pleasant. I switched rooms for my second night because my son decided to stay with me. Thats when things turned. Noisy guests from the bar woke me up at 1am. I didn't like that all entrances of the hotel were secured but patrons of the bar had access to the shared hotel restrooms. When i tried to speak with someone about it 3x (the next morning & early evening) there was no one in the lobby only a sign that said call a # for assistance.
The beds were tidy and the room clean. The night manager was very nice and welcoming. The restaurant was good, pizza was VERY GOOD. Wanted to grab a bite another night but was disappointed that they closed for service earlier than what was posted.
Will stay again my next visit to the area.

We were assigned the second floor with no elevator and no ramp. We are old and could not carry our bags up. We asked for a first floor and she told us another $269 for the change. What a rip off. So we had to just take our clothes and bathroom stuff up separately to the room.

I was disappointed in the bathroom cleanliness. The toilet had blood on it and other dirty spots I had clean before I could use it. Lots of spiders too. I killed 3 in the bathroom and one on my nightstand. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The arm chair in the room was as hard as a brick. Very disappointed in that. The hot and cold water to the sink were backwards. The shower head was off center in the bathroom. The room smelled bad. The outside grounds of the property are very beautiful. Getting to the location from the roundabout in heavy traffic was difficult for me. I did not know the area so it took 3 try’s but I finally made it. The are you turn into to get to the hotel has large potholes the need repaired. There was no safe in the room either. I suppose it’s because they don’t come to your room unless you request it. Also I was very disappointed that the hot tub was empty and not available. That’s one reason I chose this hotel. The pool was too cold to use. They are both inside so it was sad it was so cold. I will not stay here again. I do not recommend the hotel.

Continental breakfast is exceedingly limited. The service at the restaurant connected to hotel is terrible.

The check-in staff was great, there was no staff in the morning to check out! The free breakfast was less than stellar and the coffee was terrible

Hotel keys didn’t work. Had to get manager to open door. One day did not clean room.

Didn't like how first room door wouldn't lock. Second room door nededed to push so it would lock. Bed was creeky when you move. Thought to hotel had a weird smell. Other than that staff where nive and helpfull. Quite area.
