The room was clean and comfortable.
The heating system needed fixing. We were very warm and had the thermostat on the air conditioner set at 67*. The wall thermostat was not working (battery was dead).

Kiya!!!! This woman was outstanding!!!!! She blazed through all the details of being guest service attendant! She attended to multiple guests and phone lines! Outstanding new manager! Has a great and outstanding staff and I look forward to staying there again some day

The pool was closed for maintenance which was frustrating but understandable. The room wasn’t clean and outside. There were stains on the blankets.

POOL was CLOSED 11/04/25. Calling ahead recommended if you want to swim. Staff was polite & offered refund when we found out. Far too late to find other accommodations. Breakfast adequate. Room quiet & comfortable. A LOT of deferred maintenance in the entire hotel & our room!

The check out young man was very friendly and helpful. We locked ourselves out of our room, no problem. The lady working in the breakfast room did a very nice job. They had a warm breakfast with sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravey as well as the usual hotel food. It was a little older motel but it appeared they were working on it. We felt safe. Several eating options were available within walking distance. I would stay here another time.
