Disappointed
We didn’t get the room we booked, they “accommodated” us by giving us a different room. The hotel wasn’t kept up with, the pool area was dirty, and the hotel had a stale cigarette smell.
The okays of the hotel was the elevator and the breakfast.

Property could use some repairs. Not fond of the smell in the room, kind of stale smelling like it could use a good deep cleaning or new carpet. Staff was excellent and bed was comfortable.

Checking in, the lady at the front desk said not to use the pool because the chemicals were off but it was still open. The pool was ice cold anyway and the waterslides had even colder water. The hot-tub was closed. The only door that worked was the main entrance. Someone else tried entering our room shortly after we checked in. We didn’t use the shower, but everything looked fairly clean to us at a glance.

This hotel is just old and very tired. You know how you can wash a towel, but there are still permanent stains that make it seem dirty? Thats this hotel and towels.
The gal that checked us in was very nice

This hotel is terrible, don’t stay here. They did not have any water, my kids couldn’t swim in the pool because it was disgusting and when you need help there was no one at the front desk.

Our room had major damage, a hole in the wall, dirty walls, dirty comforter, and main lights that didn’t work. When we brought it up to management they just told us the room was useable and fine and that they “wouldn’t charge us for damages later”. When trying to check out we had to hunt down someone who worked there to finally give us a receipt. Spent 148 dollars on a dirty and damaged room… not very thrilled.
