I visited here just over the weekend with my boyfriend and wasnt too impressed to say the least. This place is, for some reason, connected to the comfort inn. Upon arrival, there was no one at the mainstay suites check in desk, and we were rerouted to comfort inn. Super confusing. Check in lady didnt seem to be too thrilled to be there. Once getting into our room it was easy to see the it lacked proper maintenance and cleaning. Ex. The dishwasher was broken and unusable as the door wouldnt click shut. No oven. Floor was lifting and uneeven, easy to stump a toe on. The arm chair was absolutely covered in... stains of some sort. As well as the couch. Lumpy mattress on the bed and pillows as well (mattress tag is from 2004) . No shampoo or conditioner upon arrival, had to go ask for some and for some reason front desk wouldnt give us the bottles that pop onto the wall. Stayed for three nights and no housekeeping serviced our room. Then, they offered us a 50 percent off drink coupon, but to use it you had to WALK ACROSS the parking lot to go to yet, ANOTHER hotel. When asking for directions to this bar, upon walking up to the comfort inn front desk, i was ignored while the workers finished their conversation.

This hotel needs major renovation and cleaning. My family cut our stay short and went to another hotel because of the conditions of the rooms. There was dried food on the walls of the kitchen and refrigerator. Large stains, maybe food, on the sofa and chair. The doors and other high traffic touch surfaces looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. It was really gross. There was water damage or something that had ruined the floor in the kitchen, it would actually be dangerous for someone with balance issues like elderly. The staff were nice but there's only so much they can do. They need more cleaning staff clearly. The girl at the desk was very nice. ff

Check in was as expected and was pleased with both front desk ladies. I was less that pleased when later, O found my room to be dated and in need of better general up keep. As a long term stay hotel, the layout is great and roomy but the kitchen area is very lacking. Only 1 cup and no glasses in cupboard. 2 small plates and 2 large plates (1 was dirty). The pool is shared with the Comfort Suites which it adjoins. Pool is not large but kids (boys basketball team) had fun. When I went down for breakfast, the MainStay, now under new ownership or management) no longer serves “hot breakfast”. The offer only a few muffins, small cartons of milk and coffee, tea and hot cocoa. Not exactly a great value when you consider that I paid $133.00 for a nights stay! The Comfort Suites (which adjoins) had a full hot breakfast and they gave their guest 2 coupons for free drinks in their lounge for less than we paid here. I will never stay here or at any MainStay again. This was my first experience with this hotel chain and it was disappointing. If you are looking for a place to stay and want a “Choice Hotel” brand just book at the Comfort suites!

After a long day of travel, it was nice to have a clean, spacious room to relax in and easy access to restaurants. There was a bit of mix-up with my booking, but the nice woman at the front desk got it all worked out. Very good customer service.

Stayed here while in town with family. Check in was smooth, no issues with that. Room was very large with kitchenette. Didn't smell the best. Beds comfortable and bathroom large. Breakfast was very good, solid selection. We did find by day 2 there was a large number of guests coming over from the Comfort Inn to use our breakfast area. Nice pool area, fairly busy as it was on a weekend, but kids enjoyed the slides. All in all, decent stay. I would consider this hotel again if I am in town.
