I've been here for a month going on two and so far this has been a safe and chill hotel. There's not sketchy people hanging around that don't belong. There's very little to no drama at all in a safe location behind PetSmart on Brevard Rd. The staff (Kevin, Teresa, Gwen, and the others) show up with a smile and are easy to work with and have been patient on the rare days that I can't get back to pay on time due to my work schedule! I would recommend this place to friends and family.

This Rodeway Inn is quite possibly my favorite hotel in Asheville. I have worked in high end resorts/fine dining/hospitality management for over 20 years. Bottom line, I've stayed in hotels which costed thousands a night and I've stayed in Roach motels. So impressing me is a difficult task. Professionalism is very important to me. From the owner to the front desk to the house keepers, I have always been treated with respect, discretion and as a human being by everyone employed at this property. They remember my name, details of my life (work, travel, preferences, family) and the moment I arrive in breathe a sigh of relief. Every stay is a mini vacation. The rooms are always impeccably clean. The hallways always smell fresh. And even if the place is entirely booked, this is one of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms are like a cocoon where I sleep deeply and uninterrupted. Plus, you won't be dealing with random homeless people wandering up to your door or in the parking lot. No matter who calls the front desk, I don't have to work about unexpected calls or visitors because the staff here understands: NEVER GIVE OUT a GUESTS information. Treat every guests like celebrities or royalty and insure they get what they don't at home or elsewhere: Privacy, Peace and Respect. Thank you again to the entire staff. You will see me again soon! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that values privacy, cleanliness and professionalism. It also doesn't hurt that the owner is one of the most charming men you will ever meet...it's rare to meet a business owner who is such a great conversationalist you walk away from every interaction feeling entertained, heard, valued and seen. He truly found his calling in the hospitality industry.

Great experience! No issues staying here at all. Even let me check in late. Would definitely recommend to others for $90 per night.

Trecia was excellent. Hotel was clean, and bathroom stocked. Excellent customer service. Easily accessible to main rd, but still private.

Went for a getaway to celebrate a birthday with relaxation and outlet shopping and enjoyed staying at the Roadway Inn. Rooms are freshly remodeled; brand-new styling similar to a Holiday Inn but maybe more spacious. Rear-facing rooms have a very pleasant view of wilderness/mountains that adds to the ambiance. We felt very cozy in such a comfortable space with the view during December. Location is fantastic because the hotel is behind others and higher up on the hill. The hotel is easy to get to off of the highway and very easy to see many other areas of Asheville while staying there: however it is located directly behind the Tanger Outlet mall and if you stay here you will certainly shop there!

The staff is nice. The rooms are clean. My only problem is the water is not hot enough for me. I will be staying again in the next three weeks.

The place is very clean, comfortable beds, the only downfall was no hair dryer or coffee pot on the room or the lobby. Otherwise it was great for the price. I would stay there again, and now I know to bring my hair blow dryer.

This was our first time at a Roadway Inn. We were a little apprehensive as we were not quite sure of the cleanliness and location. However, we were pleasantly surprised it was clean, showed to be newly renovated. My only concern was coming back from our day at Biltmore, there was an unpleasant sewer smell as we were walking down the hallway to get to our room however it did not linger all night and we were able to get some sleep.
