There was no hot water. I stood waiting for the water in the shower to warm up and it never did matter of fact the water just filled the whole tub because the water wasn’t draining.

Staff was very courteous. Beds and bedding were very nice and comfortable. The room was clean but it was a little rough around the edges

The hotel itself was clean and the room seemed okay. But there was nothing on the listing about the pool being completely out of service. The entire pool area was shut down and under renovation. Also I asked if there was a spa or sauna as there was listed on the website and was informed they do not have nor have ever had one. We feel what we paid was not fair for what we received at the hotel. They need to let people know ahead of time that the pool is not available and looked like it hasn’t been in a long time. We would’ve booked a room somewhere else if we had known, especially for the money we paid.
