Needs some major clean up. Terrible smell when you walk in and down hallways. Felt like I was in a cellar. No one at the desk ever and takes 10 minutes when you ring bell for someone to come. Person wasn’t very personable. TV didn’t work , elevator didn’t work , pool was discusting even though it wasn’t open. Room was clean but very dark and dingy. With a bit of cleaning , making sure things work (TV, elevator) and a friendly welcoming person at the desk it could be very nice

The smell in the room when door was opened hits you like a brick. It smelt like a pesticide and no air or AC unit was going to help. We left the room immediately and asked for a refund.

No Wifi the whole 3 days we were there. They said there was a problem, it doens't take 3 days to fix an Internet problem. I think it was because of where our room (129) was located, the Wifi didn't reach that far. So it is false advertising when they said they have Wifi, because they don't.

My wife and I were looking for a safe place to grab a good night's sleep, after a full day of driving. The Check In Staff was Friendly and Helpful. The Room was Clean and Secure. It was equipped with the usual amenities, that we have become accustomed to. Breakfast consisted of Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Toast and Cereal. It worked well for us. We would likely stay here again, if ever back in the area.

Facilities need maintaining and upgrade, parking lot as well. Rooms older, but functional, water pressure low, decor old but still functional and bed was iron frame and mattress but still very comfy.

Only elevator broken - no handicap access Checked in at 4 PM but room did not have towels or soap desk stated housekeeper went home for the day and they could not help Could not tell us the price of the room Only desk attendant did not understand any of our requests - totally untrained No handicap access at front door - no automatic doors Lobby ac broken - very hot in lobby Wood paneling circa 1960s moldy

Short visit , well priced, pool is worn and needs maintenance, hotel needs an update ,overall a reasonable 2 night stay.

Our room #116 had a strong musty odour when we entered. We had more shopping to do so we left our stuff in the room and didn’t return until 9pm when we were ready to sleep. The musty smell was so strong. We discovered that the ceiling was covered in mold. I went to the front counter and told the manager about the room and he just said ok. I asked if he knew about the mold growing in his rooms and he did not say anything. He just kept quiet. I said I would like a refund and he said that I need to get it from *********** since I paid through them. I asked him if he would approve my refund through them and he said yes. We just decided to drive back home to Canada that night. In the morning I wrote a review of our experience on *********** and also requested the cancellation. *********** said the property manager refuses to refund us because we left a poor review on the site. I’m disappointed but not surprised. A person who is ok renting out rooms as disgusting and hazardous as this one is not a good person. The bathroom was also still dirty. Hair in the tub. See photos below for proof of our experience.

Very clean ,very comfortable room .Great location but yet quiet at night.breakfast we included..make your own toast,oatmeal, waffles, bagels etc . Tea and coffee was available by machine 24 hour.Only down side was limited front desk staff but push the desk bell and they arrive within minutes.
