The guy JACOB is EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. He talks very sassy and down to people who comes up to the desk to ask questions. He was going to kick me out of the hotel, a long with my 3 small children and disabled mom bc I was taking my breakfast from the dining area to my room. I did this for 7 days in front of all of the other staff and never was told once it was a problem. I explained to one worker I had lupus and a weak immune system so I couldn't be around a lot of ppl at once( especially this hotel bc it was dirty ) and they were fine with it. As soon as he saw me with my breakfast he told me if I walked up the stairs with the breakfast to get my stuff and leave. He did all of this in front of other customers. He claims he had to enforce the rules of the hotel but never said anything about the **** smell and lack of products at the hotel. There was rarely any coffee cups. They always ran out of cream and said they were out of face towels on multiple occasions. This hotel is TERRIBLE!! Do not stay here!!!

It was exceptionally warm for Sept and the AC wasnt working in the room. The floors were sticky in the main areas of the hotel. All the vending machines were non functional. The people in the adjoining room were exceptionally loud. Oh and there was no remote for the tv so we had access to one channel.

The stay was ok. The room was clean, water pressure was good however I did ask for a 1st floor room as I am disabled and it is hard for mw to climb stairs. Also our air conditioner did not blow out cold air like it should. The front desk lady came to check it and said she didnt know, we were not offered another room. It was hot and uncomfortable to sleep in a hot room where you sweat. We have been here before and never had a problem. Would probably try a stay again some time.

Checking in was to start at 3pm but I was told that I couldn’t check in as they were still cleaning the rooms and so to come back. Additionally, the difference between the Clarion and what’s listed on Expedia…Expedia doesn’t mention that the pet fee is 30$ per pet and it list that the rooms have a bidet…there’s not a bidet. the air conditioning works but the door to the room doesn’t close properly and could be easily kicked in. The bed seems to be comfortable and accessing the room was easy enough.
