Had a wonderful stay at The Ronil Hyatt. Staff were awesome and the service was very personalised to our needs. The high quality of service starts at the very top with Jagruti, the Manager of the property. She was warm and incredibly professional. Eze, the restaurant manager is quite simply an amazing human, incredibly warm and helpful with restaurant recommendations. He went out of his way to ensure his wonderful team gave us the best service possible. BK in housekeeping was very attentive to our room needs and Akhilesh, our chauffeur for airport pickup and drop was so good that we also used him for a half day tour. All in all, a fantastic vacation thanks to a wonderful hotel team!

Staff attitude at front desk bad and no give when it comes to charges on account. Spent large amount and would have been much better to stay at larger better hotel (branded as Hyatt but not the same service standard)

I was here for 2 nights n wanted to extend but it decided to move out its full of mosquitoes in the hotel. We have complained many times but nothing has been fixed.

Did not get hot water. Guests were smoking in next room which had a door connected to ours.

Staff services were exceptional! Food and Bar variety of drinks were delicious! Total atmosphere of place was amazing! Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
