Dissatisfied. The entry light in out unit was burned out. The shower never got hot. It was tepid to slightly warm for about 5 min then got colder.
We have stayed in this hotel several times in the past 3 years and this was really unusual.

This is my go to hotel when im in the Catonsville area. Clean rooms, easy check in, awesome staff. I can't say enough about this hotel. I'd give it 10 stars if i could.

Stayed here a few years ago and it wasnt that nice. The updates have made it really nice and it is a lot cleaner.

This hotel is just plain OLD! Apparently, the current owner(s) are content with making do with this hotel’s deteriorating condition instead of spending the money to replace the soiled carpeting, broken wall tiles, chipped countertops, scratched cabinets, and overall worn out conditions of the rooms. That’s their choice, but if they want to take that stance, they are overcharging for the rooms in this hotel by about 40%. This is, at best, a two-star hotel. Anything over $80 per night is highway robbery. You won’t see me, or anyone I know, giving you our business in the future. If your bookings are down in recent months, you have no one to blame but yourselves. Fix it or close it down.

The heat was worked well. comfortable temperature. The front desk staff at check in and departure could have tried to be more friendly. when I walked in after midnight, the staff was sitting on a bench by the door and got up when I approached front desk. The clerk on departure stood around looking at computer and never gestured or said hello. the food was good and temperature was just right. I stayed ibn the 6th floor was was appropriate for me.
