Room door was broke and wouldnt close bathtub still had someones hair in it where they shaved. Bed was stained. Staff was non helpfull breakfast was muffins parking was good..will never go back to this hotel

Originally given a key to a room that was occupied. Luckily I am an honest person and shut the door and went back to the front desk. I was given a different room and the front desk came to check the occupied room like I was lying. Only muffins for breakfast. Room was great. Location was close to where we needed.

The hotel was not horrible but it was not good at all. Due to the smell in the bathroom, the grasshopper in the bathroom, the toilet barely flushing- I didn’t even feel comfortable showering there. There was little stuff all over the floors and baseboards, I’ve never seen that in a hotel before. It was also a non smoking room and there were MANY cigarette holes in the blanket… If you want to do nefarious things: this is a good hotel for you. If you’re just a girl trying to stay somewhere: this is NOT the hotel for you. Spend the extra 30-50 on a different hotel so you can actually feel comfortable being there.

I located and killed the roach underneath the clean towels. I had to locate a receptacle and plug in the microwave so it would function. The room door is so bowed it shows day light around the bottom.
Staff at front desk ignored me when I told them.. have the pictures for later reference..

Very dirty and not maintained well.
The room was dirty. There was hair all over in the tub. The bathroom walls, sink area walls, and toilet had mold. There were ants in the room. The floor was falling apart and dangerous. You had to slam the door very hard just to get it to latch. The bathroom doorknob didn’t work. You could see outside under the door. Great place if you just need a bed to crash in but that’s about it.

Waited several minutes at front desk before anyone showed up for check in. Staff member was very courteous when he arrived though.
Sheets on bed were dirty/stained. Staff did get us a new set.
